  7. kit are not public domain. They are copyrighted, Copyright (C) 1993,94 Christof
  8. and Henning Ruch. It is however free software and information, or what some
  9. people term 'Freeware'. You may use it for whatever you wish, even using it
  10. to write public domain, freeware, shareware and commercial software. You may
  11. NOT however re-distribute modified versions of the source code, the executables
  12. and the documentation files. If you make any worthwhile changes to the source
  13. code, you can send them to us for inclusion in a future release. You may copy
